SCENTSY NO SE HACE RESPONSABLE O GARANTIZA LA EXACTITUD, CONFIDENCIALIDAD, PUNTUALIDAD O TOTALIDAD DE CUALQUIER MATERIAL DISPONIBLE A TRAVÉS DE LOS SITIOS WEB SCENTSY. LA CONFIANZA EN LAS HERRAMIENTAS O EN EL USO DE LAS MISMAS SE ENCUENTRA BAJO SU RESPONSABILIDAD. SCENTSY NO SE RESPONSABILIZA O GARANTIZA (A) LAS DECLARACIONES, ACTOS U OMISIONES DE CUALQUIER CONSULTOR INDEPENDIENTE SCENTSY; (B) QUE LOS SITIOS WEB SCENTSY ESTARÁN DISPONIBLES DE FORMA CONTINUA O QUE EL ACCESO A LOS MISMOS SERÁ ININTERRUMPIDO, LIBRE DE ERRORES O SEGURO; (C) QUE LOS DEFECTOS O ERRORES SERÁN CORREGIDOS; O (D) QUE LOS SITIOS WEB SCENTSY O LOS SERVIDORES O REDES A TRAVÉS DE LAS CUALES LOS MISMOS SON DISPONIBLES SON SEGUROS O LIBRES DE VIRUS U OTROS COMPONENTES DAÑINOS. LAS LEYES APLICABLES PODRÍAN NO PERMITIR LA EXCLUSIÓN DE GARANTÍAS IMPLÍCITAS, POR LO TANTO LA EXCLUSIÓN ARRIBA MENCIONADA PODRÍA NO APLICARSE A USTED.

Aunque intentamos mantener la integridad y seguridad de los SITIOS WEB SCENTSY y de los servidores con los cuales los mismos operan, los SITIOS WEB SCENTSY podrían no ser del todo exactos, incluir errores y contener materiales que violen o estén en conflicto con este Acuerdo. Además, terceros pueden realizar alteraciones no autorizadas a los SITIOS WEB SCENTSY. Si sabe de alguna alteración realizada por terceros a los SITIOS WEB SCENTSY, contáctenos a legal@scentsy.com con una descripción del material en cuestión y el URL o ubicación en el SITIO WEB SCENTSY donde aparece dicho material.

Puedes cancelar tu pedido por cualquier razón, dentro de tres días hábiles de haber hecho tu pedido,  contactando a tu Consultor. Si tu pedido ya se ha enviado, los gastos incurridos por devolver el producto correrán por tu propia cuenta.
