Eric loves the constant evolution and the excitement of international growth. When he joined the team in 2009, Scentsy only operated in the U.S. As the years passed, Eric never suffered much idle time as Scentsy expanded to operate in 11 countries, each with new laws and regulations to consider.
When he isn’t at Scentsy, Eric can usually be found outdoors on a pair of skis or riding his mountain bike. His wonderful wife and three energetic kids are usually willing to go along.

Met his wife on an archaeology dig, where neither showered for about six weeks (so, true love).

Graduated from BYU before moving cross-country to attend Harvard Law School.
What movie can you watch over and over?
I watched Billy Madison every Friday night in eighth grade. Then I watched it with my mom once and was so embarrassed I never watched it again.
What do you do to get rid of stress?
Mountain bike, or just get outside.
